The Stonewall Planning & Zoning (P&Z) Commission met with 3 visitors. The members present were Charles Watson, Pat Jones, Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins, Dusty Roach, and Craig Roberson. Planning & Zoning Members John Alvarez and John Cristler were absent. Mayor Ken Kaffka and Attorney Dakota Hawkins were also present.  

Motion to dispense with the reading of June 3, 2025, minutes and adoption was made by P&Z Member Pat Jones and seconded by P&Z Member Craig Roberson. 5 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 2 ABSENT. Motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT: None.

OLD BUSINESS: a) Consideration of Building Standards: Foster Development Phase II, Exterior Design approval and request a variance for the number of parking spaces. Discussion followed. P&Z Member Craig Roberson made a motion to approve, seconded by P&Z Member Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins. 5 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 2 ABSENT. Motion carried.
