a) Recommend approving a plat for one-acre lots on Stanley & Pine Grove Road that all connect to existing roads.

b) Discuss and make a recommendation to the Stonewall Town Council to amend the Zoning Ordinance regarding Billboard Regulations; Title being: AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF STONEWALL REGULATING OFF PREMISES ADVERTISING.

c) Building Standards
