The Stonewall Planning & Zoning (P&Z) Commission met with 5 visitors. Members present were Charles Watson, Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins, Pat Jones, John Cristler, John Alvarez, and Josh Black. Member Wayne Chriss was absent. Mayor Ken Kaffka was also present.
Motion to dispense with the reading of September 27, 2022, minutes and adoption was made by P&Z member Pat Jones and seconded by P&Z member John Alvarez. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion Carried.

A)Request for approval of the Master Plan and Phase 1 of McCune Farms. Was presented by the developer with a discussion. P&Z member Josh Black made a motion to approve Phase 1 plat of McCune Farms Subdivision, seconded by P&Z member Pat Jones. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion Carried
NEW BUSINESS:
A)Request for approval of building standards for Dream Hunt Foundation. Was presented by the contractor with a discussion. P&Z member Josh Black made a motion to approve the building standards, seconded by P&Z member Pat Jones. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion Carried
