The Stonewall Planning & Zoning (P&Z) Commission met with 8 visitors. The members present were Charles Watson, Pat Jones, Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins, John Alvarez, Dusty Roach, and Craig Roberson. Planning & Zoning Member John Cristler was absent. Mayor Ken Kaffka and Assistant Attorney Dakota Hawkins were also present.  

Motion to dispense with the reading of June 3, 2025, minutes and adoption was made by P&Z Member Pat Jones and seconded by P&Z Member Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

a) Consideration of Building Standards: New Structure at Lumiere Christmas Park. Discussion followed. P&Z Member Craig Roberson made a motion to approve, seconded by P&Z Member John Alvarez. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion carried.

b) Request variance for temporary structures at Lumiere Christmas Park. Discussion followed. P&Z Member Pat Jones made a motion to recommend a variance until March 15, 2026, to remove the two temporary tent structures, seconded by John Alvarez. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion carried.

c) Request approval of Building Standards:

1. State Farm Office Park. Discussion followed. Discussed that the building would need 21 parking spaces. P&Z Member Pat Jones made a motion to approve, seconded by P&Z Member Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion carried.
