NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
TOWN OF STONEWALL
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Town of Stonewall Planning and Zoning Commission, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Government Plaza, 1746 U.S. Highway 171, for the purpose of:
Request to rezone Lot 3 and Lot 4 of Goldsby Business Park and a portion of Lot 4 of
Georgie Ruth Goldsby Estate from Residential to SC Commercial.
Request to rezone 67.262 Acres located in the East-Half of the Northwest Quarter and the
West-Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 15 North, Range 14 West,
DeSoto Parish, South of Highway 3276, East of Pine Grove Road and North of Stanley
Road excluding 600 feet from the centerline of Highway 3276 which is already zoned
Commercial. Said tract described containing 145.971 acres, more or less.
