The Town of Stonewall Planning and Zoning Commission, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Government Plaza, 1746 U.S. Highway 171, for the purpose of:
Recommend approving the Burford Development a Commercial Subdivision being a tract of land located in Section 32, Township 15N, Range 14W, containing 10.01 acres.
Recommend the rezone of .38 acres of Parcel #0200191900 from Residential to SC
Request approval of Stonewall City Center’s Master Plan of a 9-acre plat for Commercial businesses located at 4753 Highway 3276.
Request approval for Griffin Estates Unit 4 plat and construction plans.
Consideration of building standards.
