TOWN OF STONEWALL – PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

The Stonewall Planning & Zoning (P&Z) Commission met with 3 visitors. The members present were Charles Watson, Pat Jones, John Alvarez, Craig Roberson, Jody Raney, Jeanene Sanders-Wiggsin, and Dusty Roach. Mayor Ken Kaffka and Town Attorney Josh Chevallier were also present.  

Motion to dispense with the reading of April 22, 2026, minutes and adoption was made by P&Z Member Craig Roberdon and seconded by P&Z Member John Alvarez. 7 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSENT. Motion carried.

REPORTS: None.

PUBLIC COMMENT:

OLD BUSINESS:

A) Continue the discussion on updating Town Ordinances that involve the Planning & Zoning Committee. Discussions followed. No action was taken.

NEW BUSINESS:

A) Building Standards: Brassica Farm Addition. Discussion followed. P&Z Member Craig Roberson made a motion to approve, seconded by P&Z Member Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins. 7 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSENT. Motion carried.

Motion to adjourn the meeting by P&Z Member John Alvarez, seconded by P&Z Member Dusty Roach, 7 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSENT. Motion carried.
