A) Recommendation and approval of the appointment of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Committee.  

B) Brassica Farms Variance: Discuss, make a motion, and take action.

C) Recommendation and approval of the Settlement Estate Phase 2 plat.
