a) Recommend ordering an election to determine whether the sale of beverages of high and low alcoholic content will be prohibited within the incorporated limits of the Town of Stonewall.  

b) Recommend the adoption of Ordinance No. 144-2024: AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST COPIES OF RECORDS.

c) Introduction of Ordinance No. 145-2024: AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE 95-08 AND RESTATED ZONING ORDINANCE 92-2018: AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 10 ACRES FROM RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO COMMERCIAL SC DISTRICT.

d) Recommend approving the lowest responsible quote to clean the ditches behind the commercial lots of Cathey Acres.

e) Recommend approving Audit & Agreed-upon procedures engagement letters with Dees Gardner, CPA.

f) Recommend approving a CEA with the DeSoto Parish Police Jury to replace culverts in the Town of Stonewall.

g) Recommend allowing Dave Means to install a marker at the Curtis McCune, Jr. Community Park in recognition of A.W. McDonald.
