a) Requesting to rezone 10 acres described as: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NW/4 of the NE/4, Section 32, T15N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, LA; thence North 88°43’22” West, a distance of 550.55 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 88°43’22’ West, a distance of 454.62 feet; thence North 01°37’35” East, a distance of 218.00 feet; thence North 88°43’22” West, a distance of 208.00 feet to the east ROW of U.S. Highway 171; thence North 00°33’45” East, along said ROW, a distance of 493.73 feet; thence South 89°53’08” East, a distance of 680.31 feet; thence South 02°16’54” West, a distance of 725.60 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 10.0 acres, more or less.
b) Re-subdivide 1.5 acres from lot 1 of Cecil Collins Subdivision.
c) Recommend approving the exterior design for St. Ann’s Catholic Church.
