A) Request approval of the Master Plan and Unit 1 preliminary plat for Stone Grove

Subdivision with an entrance/exit on Stanley Road near Pine Grove Road. This

proposed subdivision will consist of approximately 158 Lots with a sewer system.

Request a variance to maintain one entrance/exit as an exit only.

 

B) Consideration of Building Standards:

    Tim Pruitt – New Gymnastics & Dance Facility on Highway 171.
