Proposed 25-26 Budget Notice

 

The following is a summary of the proposed budget for the Town of Stonewall, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana, for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The proposed budget is available for public inspection at the Stonewall Municipal Complex. A public hearing for adoption will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 6:30 pm, at the DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Governmental Plaza, 1746 US Highway 171, Stonewall, Louisiana 71078.

 SUMMARY: 

• Approved Budget Revenue of $1,964,800.00
• Expenditures $3,042.520.00
• Excess of Revenues over Expenditures $-1,077,720.00
• Fund Balance, the beginning of the year $5,018,771.63
• Fund Balance, end of year $3,941,051.63
