The Stonewall Planning & Zoning (P&Z) Commission met with 4 visitors. Members present were Charles Watson, Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins, John Alvarez, Wayne Chriss, and John Cristler. Members Pat Jones & Josh Black were absent. Mayor Ken Kaffka was absent.
Motion to dispense with the reading of December 14, 2023, minutes and adoption was made by P&Z member Wayne Chriss and seconded by P&Z member John Alvarez. 5 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 2 ABSENT. Motion Carried.

a) Requesting a variance to have a third commercial entrance/exit on Pine Grove Road to enter Highway 3276. Discussion followed. P&Z Member John Alvarez made a motion to table the discussion until more information could be presented, seconded by P&Z Member John Cristler. 5 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 2 ABSENT. Motion Carried.
