A) Jody Raney, Planning and Zoning Updates

B) Recommend appointing Kerry Staniford to fill Charles Watson’s vacant seat on the Planning and Zoning Committee.

C) Recommend approving the engagement letter with Dees Gardner, CPA, for the 25-26 Fiscal Year Audit and Statewide Agreed-upon Procedures.

D) Recommend purchasing a tractor with attachments from the state contract.

E) Recommend approving the lowest most responsive bid for digging ditches on Pine Grove Road.

F) Recommend approving the lowest most responsive bid for clearing trees/brush located behind the DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Government Plaza for the Mesonet Station.

G) Recommend approving the Mayor to sign a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the approved contractor and property owners to remove trees/brush for the Mesonet Station.

H) Recommend approving the Mayor to sign a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the DeSoto Parish Police Jury to install culverts on Stonewall-Preston Road.

I) Recommend authorizing the Mayor to initiate the formal process to begin street improvements on Ann Francis Drive from Highway 171 to the East End.

J) Recommend approving the Town Clerk & Assistant Clerk to attend the 50^th Annual Louisiana Municipal Clerks Institute October 18-23, 2023 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
