Recommend the adoption of Ordinance Number 140-2024: Adoption of Ordinance Number 140-2024: AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE 95-08 AND RESTATED ZONING ORDINANCE 92-2018: AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 37.439 ACRES FROM RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO COMMERCIAL SC DISTRICT EXCLUDING THE FIRST 600 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE OF HIGHWAY 3276 THAT IS CURRENTLY ZONED COMMERCIAL SC DISTRICT.
