TOWN OF STONEWALL – PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION

The Stonewall Planning & Zoning (P&Z) Commission met with 2 visitors. Members present were Charles Watson, Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins, Pat Jones, John Alvarez, and Wayne Chriss. Members John Cristler and Josh Black were absent. Mayor Ken Kaffka was also present.
Motion to dispense with the reading of November 3, 2022, minutes and adoption was made by P&Z member John Alvarez and seconded by P&Z member Wayne Chriss. 5 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 2 ABSENT. Motion Carried.

OLD BUSINESS:
a) Request for approval of Phase 2 plat and construction plans for McCune Farms.
Information was presented to the board by Rob Rollins with Mohr and Associates.
Discussion followed. P&Z Member Pat Jones made a motion to approve, seconded by P&Z
Member John Alvarez. 5 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 2 ABSENT. Motion Carried.
b) Request approval of the Master Plan for McCune Farms. Information was presented to
the board by Rob Rollins. Discussion followed. P&Z Member Wayne Chriss made a
motion to approve, seconded by P&Z Member John Alvarez. 5 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 2 ABSENT.
Motion Carried.
