 The Stonewall Planning & Zoning (P&Z) Commission met with 5 visitors. The members present were Charles Watson, Pat Jones, Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins, John Cristler, Dusty Roach, and Craig Roberson. Planning & Zoning Member John Alvarez was absent. Mayor Ken Kaffka was also present.  

Motion to dispense with the reading of March 27, 2025, minutes and adoption was made by P&Z Member Craig Roberson and seconded by P&Z Member Pat Jones. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

a) Approve the Amendment to the final Plat of Plantation Hills. Discussion followed. P&Z Member Craig Roberson made a motion to approve, seconded by P&Z Member Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion carried.

b) Approve the proposed plat for Settlement Estates, a five-acre tract of land that will be divided into 5 lots on Stanley Road. Discussion followed. P&Z Member Pat Jones made a motion to approve, seconded by P&Z Member Craig Roberson. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion carried.

c) Consideration of building standards.

            - Exterior design: Foster Development Phase II. Discussion followed. P&Z Member Jeanene Sanders-Wiggins made a motion to table until the next meeting, seconded by P&Z Member Craig Roberson. 6 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 1 ABSENT. Motion carried.
