TOWN OF STONEWALL
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
The Town of Stonewall Planning and Zoning Commission, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana will hold a Public Hearing Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the DeSoto Parish Sheriff’s Government Plaza, 1746 U.S. Highway 171, to:
Request a rezone of 47 acres in Section 32, T15N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, Louisiana to SG-O District. The property is located at Huckleberry Private Drive on Highway 171.
Review and recommend a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to the Town Council.
Request approval for Town Square of Stonewall subdivision plat and construction plans that includes the Christmas Park.
Consideration of building standards.
The public is invited to attend.
