A) Recommend approving the new Alcohol Permit for 2Bird’s, pending state approval.

B) Introduction to Ordinance Number 158-2026: AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT THE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAYS AND SERVITUDES FOR UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE WITHIN MCCUNE FARMS SUBDIVISION.

C) Recommend approving A RESOLUTION FOR THE GRANTING OF A VARIANCE OF THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCES OF THE TOWN OF STONEWALL FOR THE STONE GROVE SUBDIVISION LOCATED WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES OF THE TOWN OF STONEWALL.

D) Jim Snyder, Parish Pools: discuss the splash pad scope of work.

E) Discuss and make a recommendation to approve the lowest responsible quote to mow & weed-eat the Community Park and old Town Hall properties, contingent on proof of appropriate insurance.
