a) Adoption of Ordinance No. 143-2024: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 139-2024 ON JANUARY 9, 2024, TO MODIFY THE BOUNDARIES OF STONEWALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT A; AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A COOPERATIVE ENDEAVOR AGREEMENT; AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

b) Recommend approving Shree’ Young, Town Clerk, to attend the LMCA 48^th Annual Louisiana Municipal Clerks Institute October 20^th – 25^th in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

c) Introduction of Ordinance No. 144-2024: AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST COPIES OF RECORDS.

d) Recommend approving the DeSoto Parish Police Jury’s amended quote for Twin Oaks Road Drainage improvements.

e) Recommend approving Mayor Ken Kaffka to attend the Mayor’s Court Training: Continuing Education 2024 In-Person Conference in Alexandria on Monday, September 9, 2024.
