a) Clay Corley, DeSoto Parish School Superintendent, discuss the bond proposal on the April ballet for North DeSoto schools.

b) Recommend approving the Cyber Security Insurance policy renewal.

c) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the DeSoto Parish Police Jury to replace culverts on Baker Road, Mary Street, and Brian David.

d) Authorize the Mayor to sign a lease agreement with North DeSoto Water System to lease .23 acres at the Curtis McCune, Jr. Community Park to install and maintain a new water tank.

e) Recommend approving Resolution No. 2024-124: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO DISPOSE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AND OFFICE FURNITURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW.

f) Review agreement with Catalis and make a motion to renew with the website host.
