A) Recommend adoption of Ordinance Number 161-2026: AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH THE SALARIES FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND TOWN CLERK FOR THE TERM LIMIT JULY 1, 2026, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2030.

B) Recommend appointing Council Member Eric Runge as Mayor Pro-Tem.

C) Recommend appointing Planning & Zoning Committee Members.

D) Recommend appointing Shree’ Young as Town Clerk.

E) Recommend appointing Michael Clark as Code Enforcement Officer.

F) Recommend approving the letter of engagement for the Town Attorney.

G) Recommend approving the letter of engagement for the Town CPA.

H) Recommend removing Ken Kaffka and Margaret Dickerson’s names from all accounts, including banking accounts, and adding the current Mayor Randal Rodgers and appointed Mayor Pro-Tem.

I)Recommend approving the Mayor, Town Clerk, & Council Member to attend the LMA 89th Annual Convention August 4-6, 2026, in Monroe, Louisiana.

J) Authorize the name Knight Lane located on the East side of Highway 171 and East of the Memory Lane Intersection.

K) Recommend approving the Mayor to sign a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the DeSoto Parish Police Jury to receive $150,000 for the construction of a splash pad.

L) Recommend authorizing the Mayor to purchase computer towers and monitors from the lowest responsible quote.

M) Recommend changing the 22-23 LGAP Grant to purchase a smaller tractor with a 4’-5’ cutter and front-end loader from the state contractor.

N) Recommend authorizing the Mayor to purchase a hydraulic tilt trailer from the lowest responsible quote for the transportation of Town equipment.
